    • Q:

How often should essences be taken?

      A:

2 or 3 times a day is common.

      If you are taking essences for a specific issue, for example anxiety or sensitivity to storms;
you would take the remedy when you have the symptoms or when you feel it would be helpful.

      As directed by your practitioner.

    • Q:

I have sensitivity to alcohol can I still take essences?

      A:

The answer to this question is dependent on the level of sensitivity. It is not recommend for people with alcoholism, or a high level of sensitivity to alcohol, to orally take standard off the shelf essences. However if a person with any of these issues is under the care of a reputable vibrational, homeopath, or other health practitioner, appropriate remedies can be made up using water with a few drops of stock level essences that should be able to be taken orally a few drops in 1cm of water or as directed. Care should be taken not to keep essences made up in this manner for too long as the alcohol content in essences acts as a preservative to prevent bacterial growth. 3 to 4 weeks is the most time that would be recommended for taking remedies that have been made up in this way. It would probably be wise for them to be refrigerated wherever possible.

    • Q:

So what can I expect to experience when I’m taking essences?

      A:

Again there are many answers to this question, and the experiences of everyone taking essences cannot be covered in a forum such as this, however over the years that I have been using and working with others who take essences there are common threads that occur.

Dreaming – if you are a person who remembers your dreams (everyone dreams – not everyone remembers them), you can expect that issues will come up in them that relate to the processes that you are addressing using the essences. Our subconscious is always on alert and trying to help us to understand what is happening to us – and it does this most commonly through our dreams.

Events occur in your waking reality relate to issues that you are addressing through the use of essences. Although this may seem strange, the magic of being an incarnate being experiencing physical life is that situations will always happen to help us to understand why we are here and what we have to learn for our souls’ development, or to address our karma.

    • Q:

I’ve been taking essences and some old issues have come up, I’ve already dealt with these, why are they happening to me again?

      A:

This is so common, and while it’s true that when we consciously deal with and resolve issues in a conscious manner, it is also a fact that we are layered beings composed of several ‘bodies’. Along with the very obvious physical vehicle, there is an emotional, mental, etheric, and higher ‘bodies’, contained within every humanbeing. When consciously addressing issues through the use of essences, or other forms of therapy, past issues remaining within our other, non-physical bodies, come to the surface. This (although it seems strange) is a reason to celebrate, as we are being given the opportunity to consciously clear these issues that are present from the subtle levels of self.

    • Q:

I was told that things would come up for me to deal with, but so much is happening and I’m finding it difficult to cope, what should I do?

      A:

The first thing to do in this situation is to seek professional help. Dependant on what the issues are and what is going on in your life know that there are many options available to help you through ‘blocks’ in your progress. Counselling, psychotherapy, kinesiology, there are an almost endless variety of methods available today to help in these situations.

The most important thing, however, is to choose a method that feels right for you. Always trust your instincts in these situations, other people may offer you helpful advice on where to go, but in choosing any therapies trust your feelings.

    • Q:

I’ve been taking essences for a couple of days, and I don’t think they’re working for me, should I stop taking them?

      A:

Give it more than a couple of days before giving up. Stay on them for at least a week, to ten days, before passing judgement. It is also a good idea to keep a diary when you are undergoing any sort of therapy. Taking notes of your dreams, and of the things that are happening in your daily life, can be invaluable to point out patterns to you that you may not be aware of without written evidence.

    • Q:

I just started taking essences, and I keep forgetting to take them, why is this happening?

      A:

It is common when this happens that there is an unconscious resistance to addressing the issues. Being conscious of the resistance, and taking appropriate steps (for example, setting an alarm to remind you), may be helpful. If not there are probably fairly big internal things going on and professional help may be necessary to help to overcome this issue, and to address the problem.

    • Q:

I have been taking some essences for a couple of weeks, and while I used to be really good at remembering to take them, now I keep forgetting, what’s going on?

      A:

In these situations it usually means that you are either not needing to take the remedy anymore or that you do not need to take it as often. Visit your practitioner for clarification if necessary.

    • Q:

I have a child under fifteen and think essences could help them. What can I do?

      A:

Children vibrate at a different rate to adults so essences should be used under the supervision of a kineseologist or vibrational essence practitioner to monitor the amounts required and frequency of dosage etc.

    • Q:

My fifteen year old has been going through some teenage issues. Can I give essences to them?

      A:

At fifteen essences should be able to be taken in the same manner as an adult. If there are any doubts consult a vibrational essence practitioner or kineseologist.
